Our Story
Rockstar Recruiting began in 2018 in Canada, founded by two experienced and passionate recruiters with a clear mission: build something better for skilled trades.
From day one, we focused on what the industry actually needed — real people, real relationships, and real results. That approach quickly earned us a reputation across Canada and the United States as one of the most trusted names in trades recruitment as our team and reach continued to expand.
Our core specialization has always been mechanics, fitters, diesel and heavy equipment technicians, while also maintaining a strong presence in HVAC, fire protection, millwrights, and other critical trades.
2026 — Rockstar Comes to the UK
In 2026, Rockstar Recruiting officially launches in the UK with one goal: bring our proven recruitment model to UK businesses and candidates who deserve better.
The owners of Rockstar both have strong UK heritage and a lifelong love for classic British rock & roll — so this expansion is both professional and personal. We’re excited to build long-term partnerships across the UK trades community.
